目的:建立以HPLC法测定橘红痰咳颗粒中柚皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18)(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-水-醋酸(42:58:0.5)为流动相,检测波长:283nm,流速1.0ml·min~(-1)。结果:柚皮苷在0.0803~0.6424μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.8%。结论:本方法操作简便,方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of naringin in Tanghonghongzhike granules. Methods: A Shim-pack VP-ODS C 18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (42:58:0.5). The detection wavelength was 283 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min. ~(-1). RESULTS: The linearity of naringin in the range of 0.0803-0.6424 μg was good, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.8%. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, accurate, sensitive, and reproducible. It can be used as a method for quality control of the product.
