目的运用Meta分析方法综合评价中国人群IL-27 p28基因多态性与肿瘤的关系。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、Pubmed、Springer Link和Scinece Direct综合数据库,收集IL-27 p28基因多态性与肿瘤相关的文献。依据纳入和排除标准筛选合适文献并提取所需数据,使用Stata12.0(Stata Corp,College Station,TX,USA)软件对数据进行系统分析。结果本研究最终纳入12个病例对照研究,涉及肿瘤患者3 526例和对照者4 233例。Meta分析结果显示,IL-27-2905T/G(rs17855750)位点可能与肿瘤的发生具有相关性(GG+GT vs TT:OR=1.16,95%CI=1.00~1.33;G vs T:OR=1.18,95%CI=1.03~1.34);而IL-27基因多态性位点rs181206和rs153109与肿瘤不存在明显的易感性。结论中国人群IL-27 p28基因多态性rs17855750位点G等位基因型和GG+GT基因型可能与肿瘤遗传易感性有关。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between IL-27p28 gene polymorphism and tumor in Chinese population by Meta-analysis. Methods CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database, Pubmed, Springer Link and Scinece Direct database were searched to collect the literature about the association between IL-27 p28 gene polymorphism and tumor. Data were systematically analyzed using Stata12.0 (Stata Corp, College Station, TX, USA) software by screening appropriate literature based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and extracting the required data. Results The study finally included 12 case-control studies involving 3 526 cancer patients and 4 233 controls. Meta-analysis showed that the IL-27-2905T / G (rs17855750) locus was possibly correlated with tumorigenesis (GG + GT vs. TT: OR = 1.16, 95% CI = 1.00-1.33; 1.18, 95% CI = 1.03-1.34). However, rs181206 and rs153109 of IL-27 gene polymorphisms were not associated with the tumor. Conclusion The polymorphisms of IL-27 p28 gene in Chinese population at rs17855750 G allele and GG + GT genotype may be related to the genetic susceptibility to tumors.
