Objective To study the clinical effect of interferon combined with midazolam in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods A total of 100 children with HFMD treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. Patients in the control group were treated routinely and given interferon. Patients in the experimental group were given Yan Hu Ning on this basis, 10 mg / kg, intravenous infusion, 1 / d. Comparative analysis of experimental group and control group patients with fever and other clinical symptoms such as disappearance of time and clinical effects and other indicators. Results In the experimental group, 2 cases were ineffective, 28 cases were markedly effective and 20 cases were cured. In the control group, 20 cases were markedly effective and 13 cases were ineffective. Available, the control group was 74.0% effective rate was significantly lower than the experimental group (96.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the experimental group, the antipyretic time was (2.20 ± 0.26) d, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group (3.90 ± 0.44) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.0%, while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 16.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of interferon and midazolam in the treatment of children hand-foot-mouth disease is more effective and safe, which can help patients to recover as soon as possible and has the clinical significance.
