油田生产的特性决定了加热炉的负荷在不同的季节变化很大,多数加热炉长时间运行在低负荷状态。通过对大量检测数据的统计分析,主要研究了以下内容:①加热炉负荷对热效率的影响,提出了加热炉负荷对热效率的影响系数;②不同负荷下排烟温度和空气系数对热效率的影响;③低负荷时热效率正反平衡法测算结果存在偏差及产生原因,提出了对反平衡效率进行修正;④实际生产中加热炉热效率的合理评价与考核,从而得出了加热炉热效率与负荷的关系。
The characteristics of oilfield production determine the load of the heating furnace varies greatly in different seasons, and most of the heating furnaces operate at low load for a long time. Through the statistical analysis of a large number of test data, the main contents are as follows: (1) The effect of furnace load on thermal efficiency, the influence coefficient of furnace load on thermal efficiency; (2) The influence of exhaust gas temperature and air coefficient on thermal efficiency under different loads; (3) The results of the positive and negative balance method of thermal efficiency under low load have some discrepancies and their causes, and the correction of the anti-balance efficiency is proposed. (4) The reasonable evaluation and assessment of the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace in actual production, and the relationship between the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace and the load .
