目的了解北京市东城区小学教师健康素养水平及其影响因素。方法于2015年11月采用随机整群抽样方法在北京市东城区抽取251名小学教师,采用《小学教师健康素养调查问卷》和《2014年全国居民健康素养调查问卷》进行问卷调查。结果东城区小学教师健康素养总体水平为58.6%,其中基本知识理论、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能三方面的健康素养水平分别为66.1%、55.8%和71.7%。小学教师知晓学生近视、肥胖、睡眠、传染病和心理问题5道题目的比例分别为95.6%、45.0%、37.8%、31.1%和27.5%。多因素Logistic回归结果显示,学生健康相关知识知晓率≥80%(OR=1.969,95%CI:1.009~3.842)、担任班主任(OR=1.714,95%CI:1.016~2.890)是小学教师具备基本健康素养的积极因素。结论东城区小学教师健康素养水平为58.6%,应进一步向教师普及学生健康相关知识。
Objective To understand the level of health literacy and its influencing factors among primary school teachers in Dongcheng District of Beijing. Methods In November 2015, a total of 251 primary school teachers were sampled in Dongcheng District of Beijing using random cluster sampling method. Questionnaires of Primary School Teachers’ Health Literacy Questionnaire and ’2014 National Health Literacy Questionnaire’ were used in the questionnaire survey. Results The overall level of health literacy of primary school teachers in Dongcheng District was 58.6%. The level of health literacy in basic knowledge theory, healthy lifestyles and behaviors, and basic skills were 66.1%, 55.8% and 71.7% respectively. Primary school teachers knew 95.6%, 45.0%, 37.8%, 31.1% and 27.5% of the 5 topics of myopia, obesity, sleep, infectious diseases and psychological problems respectively. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the rate of awareness of health-related knowledge of students was ≥80% (OR = 1.969,95% CI: 1.009 ~ 3.842). As head teacher (OR = 1.714, 95% CI: 1.016-2.890) Positive factors of health literacy. Conclusion The level of health literacy of primary school teachers in Dongcheng District is 58.6%. Students should be further popularized their knowledge of health.
