本文报道了镁、铝、第四主族及第一过渡系金属等14种金属酞菁配合物在电解质溶液中的光伏效应及酸碱介质和环境气氛对光伏效应的影响.结果表明在酸性介质中具有较大的开路光电位(V_(oc)),pH=2.5时,空气气氛中V_(oc)值的大小顺序是ZnPc>MgPc>SnPc>PbPc>CoPc>FePc>VOPc>SiPcCl_2>AlPcCl>CrPc>CuPc>NiPc>GePcCl_2>MnPc.氧化性气氛(O_2)及还原性气氛(H_2)对V_(oc)有较大的影响,不同环境气氛中V_(oc)值的大小顺序是氧气>空气>氮气>氢气.
The effects of acid-base medium and ambient atmosphere on the photovoltaic effect of 14 kinds of metal phthalocyanine complexes, including magnesium, aluminum, the fourth main group and the first transition metal, in the electrolyte solution were reported in this paper.
