本文采用相同钢材不同尺寸以及不同钢材相同尺寸的三点弯曲试样进行了断裂韧性试验。对常用的断裂韧性参数K_(1C)、δ_C、J_(1C)间的关系因子β进行了研究,发现β不是一个常数,而是一个多变量的函数。文中对它的变化规律、取值、物理意义等进行了探讨,实验结果与有限元分析的理论结果极为一致,并由实验建立了β依赖于试样尺寸的关系式,得到了较满意的结果,为准确确定β值,从而进行参数间的换算提供了途径,也为三个判据理论上一致性的研究提供了一些实验结果。
In this paper, three-point bending specimens of the same size and different sizes of steel were tested for fracture toughness. The commonly used fracture toughness parameters K_ (1C), δ_C, J_ (1C) the relationship between the factor β was studied and found that β is not a constant, but a multivariate function. In this paper, the changing law, the value and the physical meaning are discussed. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results of finite element analysis.
