In our study, we found that the levels of free triiodothyronine (FT_3), free tetraethionine (FT-4) and cortisol in blood of lead poisoning workers were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01) ), And had a negative correlation with urinary lead and urinary δ-ALA content. TSH in blood of lead poisoning workers was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the content of δ-ALA in urine lead and urine was significantly positive Related. The results suggest that lead exposure to lead lead uptake of lead in the body, but not yet toxic symptoms have affected the secretion of the thyroid, adrenal cortex, indicating that some of the endocrine glands more sensitive to lead injury, lead damage to some of the endocrine Gland function may be one of the important mechanisms of lead poisoning.
