目的探讨肺结核肺毁损时肺源性心脏病的发病情况及心电图特点。方法将20例肺结核的左右肺毁损患者心电图进行对比分析。结果心电图对肺毁损患者肺源性心脏病诊断最敏感的指标是额面平均电轴≥90°,其阳性率为94.1%,其次为VSR/S≤1,RV1+SVS>1.05mv和V1R/S≥1,阳性率为23.5%～29.4%。结论左肺毁损心源性心脏病发生明显高于右肺毁损。
Objective To investigate the incidence of pulmonary heart disease and the characteristics of electrocardiogram (ECG) during pulmonary damage of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 20 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with left and right lung damage ECG comparative analysis. Results The most sensitive index for the diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease in patients with lung injury was electrocardiogram average frontal axis ≥90 °, the positive rate was 94.1%, followed by VSR / S≤1, RV1 + SVS> 1.05mv and V1R / S ≥ 1, the positive rate of 23.5% to 29.4%. Conclusion The incidence of left heart failure is significantly higher than that of right lung damage.
