自由基在癌症发生发展过程中的作用已引起了人们的广泛重视。硒是人体内一种必需微量元素,其清除自由基抗氧化的作用是硒防癌的重要机理。为了探讨肿瘤发生发展过程中血硒及抗氧化状态的变化,根据Correa等人提出的人类肠型胃癌发展模型,我们选择了与胃癌发生发展过程中有一定关系的浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、不典型增生和胃癌患者作为观察对象,对其血硒、抗氧化酶活性、脂质过氧化物浓度及外周血自然杀伤细胞活力进行了测定,观察它们随胃粘膜病变的变化。
The role of free radicals in the development of cancer has attracted widespread attention. Selenium is an essential trace element in the human body. Its role in scavenging free radicals and antioxidants is an important mechanism for selenium and cancer prevention. In order to investigate the changes of blood selenium and antioxidant status during the development of tumors, according to Correa et al.’s development model of human intestinal type gastric cancer, we chose superficial gastritis and atrophic gastritis that are related to the development of gastric cancer. The blood serum selenium, antioxidant enzyme activity, lipid peroxide concentration, and peripheral blood natural killer cell viability were measured in patients with atypical hyperplasia and gastric cancer. Their changes with gastric mucosal lesions were observed.
