目的:建立了枇杷止咳糖浆的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别本品中的桔梗、甘草、盐酸麻黄碱,采用高效液相色谱法测定本品中的盐酸麻黄碱含量。结果:TLC法可鉴别出桔梗、甘草、盐酸麻黄碱,特征斑点明显,无阴性样品干扰。HPLC法测定本品中盐酸麻黄碱方法准确度高、稳定性、重复性好。平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.06%(n=9)。结论:本文为枇杷止咳糖浆的质量控制提供了稳定可行的定性定量方法。
Objective: To establish a loquat cough syrup quality standards. Methods: Platycodonis, licorice root and ephedrine hydrochloride were identified by TLC, and the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in this product was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Platycodonis, licorice root and ephedrine hydrochloride were identified by TLC method with obvious characteristic spots and no negative sample interference. HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in the method of high accuracy, stability, reproducibility. The average recovery was 100.1% with a RSD of 1.06% (n = 9). Conclusion: This paper provides a stable and feasible qualitative and quantitative method for the quality control of loquat cough syrup.
