根据真空扩散焊接工艺的要求,在研究异种材料的真空扩散焊接时采用了自制的EK—20型真空扩散焊机,其结构如图1所示。试验所焊材料有三种组合。第一组为铜+铝+铜,采用工业纯铜板和铝板,试件尺寸铜为60×100×2毫米,铝为60×100×6毫米,焊接面积为60×100毫米~2。焊前将试件进行真空退火处理。退火规范:铜板为600~650℃,保温1小时;铝板为350~400℃,保温1小时。由于焊件接触表面的状态对扩散焊的质量有很大影响,所以铝板经过机械加工,并仔细清除铜和铝表面上的氧化膜,再用丙酮进行脱脂处理即可入炉焊接。第二组为铜+陶瓷+铜,其中铜
