目的建立姜黄一测多评测定方法,同时测定其中3种姜黄素类成分量,并进行方法学考察。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Chromstar~(TM) C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-4%冰醋酸溶液(48∶52),检测波长为422 nm,体积流量为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃;以姜黄素为参照物,建立其与去甲氧基姜黄素、双去甲氧基姜黄素相对校正因子,分别以外标法和一测多评法计算3种姜黄素类成分质量分数。结果该方法可同时测定姜黄中3种姜黄素类成分量,且测定结果与外标法相比无显著性差异(RSD<2.0%)。结论本法简便、可行、重复性好,可为进一步完善姜黄的质量标准提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of curcumin in a test, and to determine the amount of curcumin in three of them, and to conduct a methodological study. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Chromstar ™ C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-4% glacial acetic acid (48:52) at a detection wavelength of 422 nm , The volume flow rate was 1.0 m L / min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The curcumin was used as a reference to establish the relative correction factor with curcumin and demethoxycurcumin, Test multiple evaluation method to calculate the three kinds of curcumin ingredients mass fraction. Results The method could be used for simultaneous determination of three curcumin components in turmeric, and the results showed no significant difference (RSD <2.0%) compared with the external standard method. Conclusion This method is simple, feasible and reproducible, which can provide reference for further improving the quality standard of turmeric.
