运用FMEA的原理,建立金川龙首矿充填系统失效风险评价模型。引入层次分析法与模糊综合评判方法,综合考虑子系统间的相互作用,并对其对进行定性和定量地分析,最终找到充填系统的薄弱环节。结果表明:在金川龙首矿充填系统的三大系统中,制浆系统与管道输送系统的失效概率较大;在子系统中,搅拌系统、立式砂仓、管道输送系统(竖直管道、水平管道)和充填挡墙更容易失效。
By using the principle of FMEA, the failure risk evaluation model of Jinchuan Longshou Mine Filling System was established. The method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced. The interaction between subsystems is considered comprehensively, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of them is carried out. Finally, the weak points of filling system are found out. The results show that in the three systems of Jinchuan Longshou Mine Filling System, the probability of failure of the pulping system and the pipeline conveying system is large. In the subsystem, the mixing system, the vertical silos, the pipeline conveying system (vertical pipeline, Horizontal pipe) and fill the wall more easily failure.
