大力推进建筑节能和科技创新是十七届五中全会和中央经济工作会议确定的重要任务。建筑节能与科技司2011年的工作重点,将以“十一五”工作为基础,以构建好“十二五”总体工作框架为目标,围绕部里的中心工作,创新机制,突出抓实抓好建筑节能,积极发展绿色建筑,组织实施好国家科技重大项目,促进国际科技合作取得实效,为“十二五”期间建筑节能与建设科技取得新进展开好局,起好步。
