This exercise will improve your ability to move your foot, hide weak backhand, and make your already great forehand more powerful. This exercise starts with both players standing in the center of the line (assuming both players are right-handers). Player A first feeds the ball between approximately the serve center and the right singles edge, between the serve and the baseline. Player B sideways to open their own backhand position, hit the forehand with a backslash. After the same player A sideways to open their own backhand position, hit the forehand with a backslash. After that, the two players hit the singles field for the community to finish the score. Win seven points to win the first game, five innings three wins.
