板料液压成形是制造难成形件的一种有效方法。分析了罩盖液压拉深成形的工艺性,通过运用Dynaform板料成形软件,对罩盖零件的液压拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了成形后的零件成形极限图和变薄率分布图,并分析了其拉深成形过程。研究结果表明,采用初始设定的参数,罩盖在液压拉深过程中,最大变薄率约为18.27%,小于25%,成形效果良好,不容易破裂。采用模拟中使用的各成形条件,通过液压拉深实验能拉深出合格的成形零件,验证了模拟过程的正确性。
Sheet metal hydroforming is an effective way to manufacture difficult-to-shape parts. The technological process of hydraulic deep drawing of cover was analyzed. By using Dynaform sheet metal forming software, the forming process of the cover part was numerically simulated and the forming limit and the thinning rate profile of the formed part were obtained. , And analyzed its drawing process. The results show that the maximum thinning rate is about 18.27% and less than 25% with the initial setting parameters. The forming effect is good and the cover is not easy to rupture. By using the forming conditions used in the simulation, the qualified forming parts can be drawn by the hydraulic drawing experiment, which proves the correctness of the simulation process.
