鬼臼毒素、脱氧鬼臼毒素和 α-阿朴苦鬼臼 3种化合物对菜青虫均有很强的拒食和毒杀活性。 48h的拒食中质量浓度分别为 0 .0 5 7,0 .0 5 2和 0 .0 70 g· L- 1。以 0 .0 4g· L- 1鬼臼毒素、0 .0 5 g· L- 1脱氧鬼臼毒素和 α-阿朴苦鬼臼分别处理菜青虫 ,最终全部死亡。菜青虫对 3种化合物表现出的中毒症状均较缓慢。 3种化合物对小菜蛾具有一定的拒食和毒杀活性 ,对粘虫仅表现出拒食活性
Podophyllotoxin, deoxypodophyllotoxin and α-akudosudate mortar on the cabbage caterpillar three compounds have a strong antifeedant and poison killing activity. The antifeedant mass concentrations at 48h were 0. 057, 0. 05 2 and 0. 70 g · L -1, respectively. The cabbage worm was treated with 0. 04 g · L-1 podophyllotoxin, 0.05 g · L -1 deoxypodophyllotoxin, and α-akapoptosis, respectively, and eventually all died. Pieris rapae on the three compounds showed signs of poisoning are more slowly. Three compounds against Plutella xylostella had a certain antifeedant and poisonous activity against the armyworm showed only antifeedant activity
