应用显微分光光度术对31例胃癌及62例胃良性病变的胃镜活检标本进行了细胞核DNA含量的测定。表明了DNA含量随着病变的加重而不断增高,胃癌、胃良性病变及正常胃粘膜细胞核DNA含量之词具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结果提示:细胞核DNA含量的测定可以从分子水平上对胃癌及胃良性病变的诊断提供一项新的客观定量指标(未分化癌及印戒细胞癌除外)。
Microscopic spectrophotometry was used to determine the nuclear DNA content of gastroscope biopsy specimens of 31 cases of gastric cancer and 62 cases of benign gastric lesions. It was shown that the DNA content increased with the severity of lesions, and the words of gastric DNA in benign gastric lesions and normal gastric mucosa had significant statistical significance (P<0.01). The results suggest that the determination of nuclear DNA content can provide a new objective quantitative index (excluding undifferentiated carcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma) on the molecular level for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and benign gastric lesions.
