对17个玉米自交系四个主要生育时期的叶片色素含量和比值、比叶重及其与光合速率关系的分析表明:(1)自交系间叶绿素含量和比叶重差异较大,比值chla/b和car/chl差异较小;(2)大喇叭口期之后主要叶片的叶绿素含量历经缓增和快速下降的过程,chla/b和car/chl相对稳定,仅分别在开花期和完熟期略有升高的趋势;(3)叶绿素含量与光合速率以及car/chl与叶绿素含量分别呈显著的正、负相关关系。在探讨光合速率和叶绿素含量关系的基础上将17个自交系分为6组。并对自交系的色素特点与高光合速率的关系进行了讨论。
The results showed that: (1) Chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight differed greatly among four inbred lines of 17 maize inbred lines at different growth stages. The ratio of leaf pigment content and ratio, specific leaf weight and its relationship with photosynthetic rate chla / b and car / chl. (2) The chlorophyll content of the main leaf after the bell stage had slowly increased and rapidly decreased, chla / b and car / chl were relatively stable, (3) There was significant positive and negative correlation between chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, car / chl and chlorophyll content. Based on the relationship between photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content, 17 inbred lines were divided into 6 groups. The relationship between pigment characteristics and photosynthetic rate in inbred lines was also discussed.
