我们观察了57例慢性肾功能不全患者血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)浓度和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及其与肾功能关系,以了解自由基(FR)在慢性肾功能不全发病中的作用,报告如下。 对象和方法 1.对象:确诊为慢性功能不全患者57例,年龄16~46岁,其中代偿期17例(男5例,女12例,平均年龄30.67岁),氮质血症期22例(男9例,女13例,平均年龄34.71岁),尿毒症期18例(男6例,女12例,平均年龄39.45岁)。对照组为健康献血员,共27例,平均年龄34.49岁。
