在长输管道中添加流动性改进剂可以改善原油的低温流动性,降低燃料和动力消耗。对大港油田集输干线进行了原油添加流动性改进剂的室内试验,通过对试验结果分析,给出了最佳热处理温度和加剂量。根据管道实际运行工况,确定了加剂地点,计算出了加剂后不同季节的运行参数。
Adding fluidity improvers to long-distance pipelines can improve the low temperature fluidity of crude oil and reduce fuel and power consumption. The experiment of adding crude oil with liquidity improver to the Dagang Oilfield main pipeline was carried out. Through the analysis of test results, the optimal heat treatment temperature and dosage were given. According to the pipeline actual operating conditions, determine the location of additives, calculate the different season after the additive operating parameters.
