介绍了蒸汽管网智能化管理的策略与工程化方法,即将蒸汽管网严格数学模型嵌入以分布式控制系统(DCS)为主的传统监测系统中,形成严格在线模拟与智能监测技术。文中着重论述了建立模型的理论策略和使之能够实用的工程化方法。实际应用表明,该策略和方法是提高蒸汽管网管理水平,增强管网运行安全性和可靠性,取得节能降耗效果的有效手段。
The strategy and engineering method of intelligent management of steam pipe network are introduced. The rigorous mathematic model of steam pipe network is embedded into the traditional monitoring system mainly based on distributed control system (DCS), which forms strict on-line simulation and intelligent monitoring technology. The paper focuses on the theoretical methods of establishing models and the practical engineering methods. The practical application shows that this strategy and method are effective measures to improve the management level of steam pipe network, enhance the safety and reliability of pipe network operation, and achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
