脚踝是下半身血液流通的重要关口,如果脚踝柔软富有弹性,回流心脏的静脉血液则能顺利流过脚踝;如果脚踝衰老僵硬,血液瘀滞在脚踝附近,致使心脏负担加重,长久下去可能演变成高血压.经常活动脚踝,不仅可以缓解高血压症状,还可以强身健体,延年益寿.
