裂化油裂化油是利用松香渣、干香(又称干松脂)、低级香等为原料,通过高温裂解的办法使其分子链断裂成为较小的高分子结构的油。裂解过程中首先得到的是水分和重节油,最后才是裂化油。裂化时,油色从淡黄色、黄绿色、兰色,最后呈红棕色,此时为裂解终点。裂解结束后,残留在锅内的是层疏松而不太坚实的焦炭。100—280℃水、重节油松香渣↗→280—420℃裂化油干香↘420℃以上焦炭
Cracking oil Cracking oil is the use of rosin residue, dried incense (also known as dried rosin), low-grade incense as raw materials, through the pyrolysis of the molecular chain to break it into a smaller polymer structure of the oil. The first step in the pyrolysis process is to get moisture and heavy oil, and finally the cracked oil. Cracking, the color from light yellow, yellow-green, blue, reddish brown, then the end of cracking.
