在天然气的输送过程中,当天然气的水露点或烃露点高于管线埋设处的最低地温时就会有凝液析出,因此在集输干线中会产生积液现象。凝析液的存在会降低管线输气效率,同时对管壁造成腐蚀,特别在冬季低温条件下易生成水合物,造成支线节流现象发生,存在较大安全隐患。目前常规解决方法是通过清管作业清出支线积液。本文主要以一种新思路解决支线积液问题,针对性地开展支线加注泡排剂工艺试验,并进行应用及效果分析,实现对集输干线积液问题的有效处理。
During the transportation of natural gas, condensate will be precipitated when the water dew point or hydrocarbon dew point of natural gas is higher than the lowest ground temperature at the place where the pipeline is buried. Therefore, liquid accumulation will occur in the gathering and transporting trunk line. The presence of condensate will reduce pipeline gas transmission efficiency, and cause corrosion on the pipe wall, especially at low temperatures in winter, easy to generate hydrate, resulting in branch throttling phenomenon, there is a big security risk. At present, the conventional solution is to clear the regional fluid through pigging operations. In this paper, we mainly solve the problem of regional effusion with a new idea, and carry out the experiment of filling effervescent agent with branch line in a targeted way, and make application and effect analysis to realize the effective treatment of the problem of fluid gathering and transportation.
