This paper introduces the working principle of the wheel brake system of wheel loader and analyzes the relationship between the braking torque of the caliper disc brake and the braking torque required by the whole brake and the braking torque determined by the ground adhesion conditions , Has determined the method which selects the brake system parameter and the structure under the best brake condition.
