1前言从2003年至2004年,全路多次发生油罐车脱轨事故,不仅严重影响了运营秩序,而且还造成了巨大的财产损失。事故调查发现,货物列车运行速度在正常运营速度和构造速度范围内,罐车的各项指标和尺寸均符合设计和部颁标准,经检查脱轨地段前后100m线路发现轨道几何尺寸多处超临时补修标准,定责为工务段线路失修。轨道几何尺寸超限是否就是导致罐车脱轨的唯一和最终原因值得进一步探讨。
