目的探讨人文关怀护理在儿科门诊治疗室中的应用方法及效果。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月我院儿科门诊治疗室患儿1200例作为观察组,选取2014年1月-2015年1月我院儿科门诊治疗室患儿1000例作为对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上开展人文关怀护理,比较两组护患纠纷发生率和满意度。结果两组护患纠纷发生率和满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科治疗室开展人文关怀护理,可减少护理纠纷,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effect of humanistic care in pediatric outpatient treatment room. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 1,200 children with pediatric outpatient treatment room in our hospital were selected as the observation group. One thousand children with pediatric outpatient treatment room in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the control group. Group to give routine care, the observation group on this basis to carry out human care care, nurses and patients in both groups incidence and satisfaction were compared. Results The incidence and satisfaction rate of nurses and patients in both groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing care in pediatric treatment rooms can reduce nursing disputes and improve nursing satisfaction.
