随着现代企业制度的建立和发展,企业改制步伐正在逐步加快,其中不少企业已完成了改制工作。企业改制后,作为一个经济实体的独立性显著增强、自主权相对增大,从而也对培训工作的开展带来了一定的影响。 一、企业改制后对培训工作造成的影响 1、调训难度加大。据不少从事教育培训工作的同志反映,企业改制后与原来相比,调训工作的难度有了明显增加。以工商管理培训为例,由于这项培训持续的时间比较长,参训人员呈现出逐年下降的趋势。
