1.故障现象我们为某轮式路面铣刨机设计了1款行走液压系统,在整机调试过程中,行走系统出现以下3个问题:一是行走起步时有顿挫感,行走不够顺畅。二是控制系统按设计要求向行走变量泵输入15~80mA控制电流时,行走液压系统参数及行走速度达不到设计值,控制系统输出电流达到40~140mA时,才能对该行走变量泵进行控制。三是控制电流与行走变量泵排量变化曲线的线性度不是1条直线,使行驶速度难以控制。针对故障现象,我们在分析该机行走系统控制原理基础上,进行故障排查。
1. Symptom We designed a walking hydraulic milling machine road milling system, the whole process of debugging, the following three problems with the walking system: First, the starting time of frustration, walking is not smooth enough. Second, when the control system inputs 15 ~ 80mA control current to the traveling variable pump according to the design requirements, the traveling hydraulic system parameters and the traveling speed can not reach the designed values. When the output current of the control system reaches 40 ~ 140mA, the traveling variable pump can be controlled . Third, the control current and travel variable displacement pump displacement curve is not a linearity, making it difficult to control the speed of travel. In view of the fault phenomenon, we analyze the control principle of the walking system of the machine and conduct troubleshooting.
