目的采用聚焦超声治疗仪治疗外阴白色病变,评价其临床效果。方法 30例临床诊断为外阴白色病变且病理检查排除外阴恶性病变,年龄在28岁-62岁之间妇女,治疗前进行瘙痒评分和病变区域皮肤弹性估计。结果瘙痒评分在治疗后90%缓解,病变区皮肤弹性增加。结论聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变缓解患者瘙痒症状疗效显著,为一种有效的治疗措施。 Objective To treat the white lesions of vulva with focused ultrasonic therapy and evaluate its clinical effect. Methods Thirty cases were clinically diagnosed as white lesions of the vulva and pathologically examined for malignant lesions of the vulva. Women aged 28-62 years were evaluated for pruritus scores and skin elasticity before and after treatment. Result The pruritus score was relieved 90% after treatment, and the skin elasticity of the lesion area increased. Conclusion Focus ultrasound treatment of genital white lesions relieve pruritus in patients with significant effect, as an effective treatment.
