采用三波长分光光度新计算法（Ａ２Ｓ）测定复方芦丁片中ＶＣ的含量。其它成分不干扰测定，方法简便、结果准确。平均回收率为１００．３％，ＲＳＤ为０．７９％（ｎ＝５）。
The new method of three-wavelength spectrophotometry (A2S) was used to determine the content of VC in compound rutin tablets. Other components do not interfere with the determination, the method is simple and the result is accurate. The average recovery was 100.3% with a RSD of 0.79% (n = 5).
