测定了新狼毒素B单剂及其分别与3种对照药剂混配对常见的3种植物病原真菌的室内毒力。结果表明,新狼毒素B对水稻稻瘟病病菌的EC50为36.14μg/mL,与三环唑混配的EC50为5.10μg/mL;新狼毒素B对辣椒疫霉菌的EC50为277.45μg/mL,与烯酰吗啉混配的EC50为0.74μg/mL;新狼毒素B对苹果炭疽病病菌的EC50为71.88μg/mL,与丙环唑混配的EC50为0.40μg/mL。新狼毒素B的加入,对3种对照药剂的毒力均具有明显的增效作用。
The indoor toxicity of neomyolpotoxin B single agent and its mixture with three kinds of control agents to the common three kinds of plant pathogenic fungi was measured. The results showed that the EC50 of neotignant B to M. grisea was 36.14 μg / mL, the EC50 of which was 5.10 μg / mL with tricyclazole and EC7 of N. tumefaciens was 277.45 μg / mL, EC50 was 0.74μg / mL when mixed with dimethomorph and EC50 was 71.88μg / mL for nectarotoxin against apple anthracnose and the EC50 was 0.40μg / mL when mixed with propiconazole. The addition of neomycin toxin B has significant synergistic effects on the virulence of the three control agents.
