目的 分析磁性附着体应用在口腔修复当中的效果。方法 选择2018年3月至2019年8月来我院进行口腔修复的64例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组32例,观察组患者选择磁性附着体进行口腔修复治疗,对照组患者通过传统的残根设置附着体进行口腔修复治疗,比较不同治疗方案的效果。结果 ①观察组[93.75%(30/32)] 治疗之后的治疗总有效率明显比对照组[71.88%(23/32)] 更高(P<0.05)。②观察组[9.38%(3/32)] 治疗之后不良反应发生率明显比对照组[37.50%(12/32“,”Objective To analyze the effect of magnetic attachments in oral prosthetics. Methods A total of 64 patients who came to our hospital for dental prosthesis from March 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into an observation group and acontrol group, with 32 cases in each group. (5)After treatment in the observation group, the scores of retention and stability, chewing function, comfort, language fluency, visual aesthetics, price acceptance, and overall satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control The group was more ideal (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of oral restoration on patients with magnetic attachments during treatment is better, which can improve the overall treatment effect of patients and reduce adverse reactions Incidence rate, improving the negative emotions of patients and reducing pain, improving the overall quality of life, and improving overall satisfaction, which has the significance of promotion.
