伤寒并发溶血性尿毒综合征临床少见,近年来国外报导有增加趋势。由原来的0.066％增至12.5—13.9％(1)。国内有少数个案报告(2)。现将我们所见1例报导如下。
Typhoid complicated with hemolytic uremic syndrome is rare in recent years, foreign reports have increased. From 0.066% to 12.5-13.9% (1). There are a few case reports in China (2). Now we have seen one case reported below.
