本文对90昼夜潜艇航行作业前后艇员生理心理变化进行测定比较。结果表明,由于受潜艇特殊环境、工作性质及精神因素的综合影响,导致艇员生理心理负荷增加和某些生理心理指标变化,但这些变化均未超过正常范围,当脱离工作环境后可获恢复。 In this paper, 90 days and nights before and after submarine sailing crew physiological and psychological changes were measured and compared. The results showed that due to the combined effect of the special environment of the submarine, the nature of work and the mental factors, the physiological and psychological load of the sailors and the changes of some physiological and psychological indexes were changed. However, these changes did not exceed the normal range and were recovered after leaving the working environment .
