【结果】贵州兴义实蝇优势种包括桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)、瓜实蝇B.cucurbitae(Coquillett)、南瓜实蝇B.tau(Walker)及具条实蝇B.scutellata(Hendel),且不同年份各监测点实蝇优势种及相似性系数(0.33~0.89)存在差异;但其年种群动态相似。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the species composition and the occurrence patterns and diversity of Habitats in Guizhou Province. 【Method】 The species and quantity of fruit flies insects were systematically investigated and monitored using sex attractants, food attractants and killed fruits in the monitoring sites of 5 different habitats in Xingyi, Guizhou during 2010-2011. Analyze the monitoring data. 【Result】 The dominant species of Guizhou Xingyi fruit flies were Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel), B.cucurbitae (Coquillett), B.tau (Walker) and B.scutellata (Hendel ), And the dominant species and similarity coefficient (0.33-0.89) of fruit flies in different years were different; however, their annual population dynamics were similar. Cluster analysis showed that the fruit fly population in the two rural habitats was the closest, and the urban mixed orchard had the farthest relationship with the fruit fly populations in other habitats orchards. The diversity index of each monitoring site varied in different years. During the two years of monitoring Simpson index, Shannon index and evenness index were 0.11 ~ 0.68,0.28 ~ 1.25 and 0.18 ~ 0.62 respectively. 【Conclusion】 Guizhou Xingyi fruit fly species rich in species, population occurrence regularity and climatic, host, ecological niche competition and other factors; similar habitat mixed orchard trapping the number and quantity of real flies more than a single orchard; The earlier the period, the greater the number. The results provide a scientific basis for understanding the species distribution of fruit flies in the area and preventing the hazards of fruit flies.
