采用国产焊材(哈焊所H316LF/SJ15F)与进口焊材(日本WELESS 316LJ/WEL ESB F-6M)分别进行单层带极电渣堆焊试验,对堆焊试件的焊后外观、焊层表面及结合层的检测,力学性能及化学成分的分析,并将国产焊材应用于产品中。结果表明:与进口焊材相比,国产焊材能获得稳定的堆焊过程,具有良好的焊接外观成型;国产焊材与进口焊材堆焊后试件力学性能能满足相关技术要求;不同焊材堆焊后试件经理化检测后各项结果都极为接近,能够满足相关规范与技术要求;国产焊材(哈焊所H316LF/SJ15F)可以实现大厚度筒体内壁单层电渣堆焊,满足实际应用的要求,各项指标符合技术规范及要求,可以完成代替进口焊材的替代。
