目的:观察甘芍消渴片对糖耐量减低小鼠及与阿卡波糖联用对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法:采用高糖高脂饮食诱导糖耐量减低小鼠模型,观察甘芍消渴片(0.43,1.3 and 3.9 g/kg)对小鼠空腹血糖及糖耐量的影响;采用链佐菌素腹腔注射诱导小鼠化学性糖尿病模型,运用正交设计观察甘芍消渴片(0.43 and 1.3 g/kg)与阿卡波糖(10 and 20 mg/kg)联用对糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖及糖耐量的影响。灌胃给药4周后,测定空腹血糖和糖耐量。结果:甘芍消渴片对糖耐量减低小鼠空腹血糖没有明显影响,但可提高糖耐量;甘芍消渴片与阿卡波糖联用对STZ诱导糖尿病小鼠可降低空腹血糖及提高糖耐量,其中阿卡波糖作用为主,甘芍消渴片作用其次,两药有协同作用。结论:甘芍消渴片对糖耐量减低小鼠具有一定的提高糖耐量作用;甘芍消渴片与阿卡波糖联用对糖尿病小鼠有一定的协同降低血糖作用。
