目前,不少交通事业单位工会工作呈现弱化趋势,对于职工的民主管理不够,仅仅限于形式上的表达,没有真正的发挥公会为职工寻求福利的职能。形式上的民主让职工对工会的认可和满意度下降,使整个公会的凝聚力下降,难以对外争取统一的利益。在新时期、新形势、新要求下,交通部门对于公会有更高的要求。下面,笔者就如何做好公会工作这一问题与大家一起分析。
At present, the work of trade unions in many transport units shows a tendency of weakening. The democratic management of staff and workers is not enough. It is limited to formal expressions and does not really give play to the functions of the guild in seeking welfare for staff and workers. Formal democracy allows workers to recognize and dissatisfy with the trade unions and thus reduces the cohesiveness of the entire guild and makes it hard to win unified interests from outside. In the new era, the new situation and new requirements, the transportation department has higher requirements for the guild. Now, I will analyze how to do the work of the Association with everyone.
