中长跑是一项以速度耐力素质为基础、强调速度加耐力的体能类周期性项目。训练的过程,就是刺激——恢复的过程。而恢复效果的质量,会直接影响到运动员竞技水平的提高。所以,运动后的恢复手段、恢复措施是非常重要的。但是运动后的恢复手段是多种多样的,为达到恢复的最佳效果,选择怎样的恢复手段,就是恢复体力的关键点。通过查阅大量的文献资料,结合运动训练实践,提出了基层中长跑运动员训练后恢复的方法和手段,为提高基层中长跑运动员的训练水平,提供了一定的理论依据。
Middle and long distance run is based on the speed and endurance quality, emphasizing the speed of endurance cyclical cyclical projects. The training process is to stimulate - the process of recovery. The quality of the recovery effect will directly affect the athlete’s competitive level. So, recovery measures after exercise, recovery measures are very important. But after the exercise of recovery is varied, in order to achieve the best recovery, choose what kind of recovery means, is the key to restoring physical strength. By referring to a large amount of literature data and combining with the practice of sports training, the methods and means of recovering for middle and long distance runners at the grassroots level after training are put forward, which provide some theoretical basis for improving the training level of middle and long distance runners.
