探讨整合素α６亚基及其配体在胃癌中的表达。方法应用单克隆抗体免疫组织化学方法对４６例手术切除胃癌整合素α６亚基及其配体层粘素进行检测。结果整合素α６亚基在胃癌细胞中呈明显异质性增强的表达（３１／４６，６７％），与其配体层粘素在胃癌腺体基底膜和癌细胞浆中的表达协调一致。α６亚基和层粘素在膨胀型胃癌中的表达明显不同于在浸润型胃癌中的表达，在不同组织学类型胃癌中的表达也明显不同（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论整合素α６亚基及其配体的协调表达可能与胃癌的浸润及浸润性生长有关。
To investigate the expression of integrin α6 subunit and its ligand in gastric cancer. Methods A total of 46 cases of integrin α6 subunits and their ligands were examined by monoclonal antibody immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Integrin α6 subunits showed markedly increased heterogeneity in gastric cancer cells (31/46, 67%), which was consistent with the expression of their ligands in the gastric gland’s basement membrane and cancer cell plasma. The expression of α6 subunit and laminin in intumescent gastric cancer was significantly different from that in invasive gastric cancer. The expression of α6 subunit and laminin was also different in different histological types of gastric cancer (P<0.01). Conclusion The coordinated expression of integrin α6 subunit and its ligand may be related to the invasion and invasive growth of gastric cancer.
