2月25～26日,本市召开区县档案局馆长会议。这次会议的主要任务是:认真贯彻十五大精神和市第七次党代会精神,总结1997年的档案工作,研究和部署1998年档案工作的主要任务。来自区县的局馆长以及市档案局馆的有关处室负责人汇聚一堂,共商如何在“九五”计划中创一流档案工作的大计。会上各区县档案局馆负责人交流了97年档案工作情况、经验与体会,以及今年工作的计划与思路。 市档案局局长、市档案馆馆长张乾,副局馆长史梅定、董永昌、仓大放及副局级巡视员姜守信出席了会议。 董永昌回顾了1997年的工作和就如何完成好今年的任务作了讲话。他说:去年上海档案工作可以从五个方面来概括:依法治档不断推进;规范管档不断加强;科教兴档不断发展;方便用档不断改进;新
