唐氏综合征即先天愚型,又称21-三体综合征(Down's syndrome),是导致先天性智力低下的最常见染色体病之一,新生儿发病率为1/700～1/800.由于患者表现为智力障碍,多伴有严重的心血管疾病及其它畸形,生活不能自理,同时生存期长,目前尚无有效的治疗方法,给社会和家庭带来严重的精神和经济负担.我院产前诊断中心对唐氏综合征高危孕妇进行宫内产前诊断,以防止患儿出生,取得良好效果,现报告如下.
