从患“脱粘病”河鱼屯的体表粘膜及内脏器官中共分离到 3株细菌 (HT1、HT2 、HT3) ,动物实验显示HT1和HT2 2株细菌为致病菌 ,HT3 株细菌为非致病菌。进一步对HT1和HT2 株细菌进行形态学、生理生化特性、抗原性系统鉴定 ,确定HT1株菌为温和气单胞菌 ,HT2 株菌为假单胞菌 ,但这 2种致病菌在“脱粘病”致病过程中的关系尚需进一步研究。药敏试验表明 :2种致病菌仅对卡那霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星 3种抗菌素敏感 ,而对其它抗菌药物均产生不同程度的耐药性
Three strains of bacteria (HT1, HT2, HT3) were isolated from the surface mucosa and internal organs of He Tuntun who suffered from “de-sticking disease”. Animal experiments showed that the bacteria of HT1 and HT2 2 were pathogenic and the bacteria of HT3 were non-induced Germs. The morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and antigenic system identification of HT1 and HT2 strains were further confirmed. The strains HT1 were identified as Aeromonas sobria and the strain HT2 was Pseudomonas. However, Sticky disease "pathogenic process needs further study. Susceptibility tests showed that the two kinds of pathogenic bacteria were sensitive to only three antibiotics, such as kanamycin, ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin, but had different degrees of resistance to other antibacterial drugs
