Rifapentin (ROP-R77-3) is a new type of semi-synthetic rifamycin antibiotics, in 1977, Sichuan Institute of Antibiotics semi-synthetic chamber successfully developed. This product is similar to rifampicin performance, but longer than the maintenance of body length than rifampicin. This experiment observed the rat oral rifapentine, rifampicin and isoniazid, pyrazinamide, ethambutol (each dose of 2 to 5 times the clinical dose) combined with a month after the
