X线诊断52例鼻眶部骨折,年龄17~64岁,男性占90.4%。 单纯性鼻眶部骨折27例,均有鼻骨和上颌骨额突损伤,55.6%有泪后嵴和前组筛房损伤,44.4%有筛骨垂直板损伤,7.4%有筛窦眶板、后组筛房和筛骨上颌角损伤,3.7%有中鼻甲损伤,8例有颅前窝损伤。 复杂性鼻眶部骨折25例,分4型:①眶上区骨折8例,均有上颌骨额突损伤,87.5%有鼻骨损伤,62.5%有筛骨垂直板损伤,37.5%有泪后嵴和前组筛房损伤,25%有中鼻甲损伤,6例有颅前窝损伤。②眶下缘、眶下壁和颧眶部骨折7例,均有鼻骨、上颌骨额突、泪后嵴、前组筛房和筛骨上颌角损伤,71.4%有筛骨垂直板损
X-ray diagnosis of 52 cases of nasal orbital fracture, aged 17 to 64 years, 90.4% of men. There were 27 cases of simple orbital and nasal orbital fractures, both of which had frontal process of nasal and maxillary injuries, 55.6% of posterior tear group and former anterior chamber injury, 44.4% of vertical fracture of ethmoid bone, 7.4% of ethmoid orbital plate, Group of screening room and ethmoid maxillary angle injury, 3.7% of middle turbinate injury, 8 cases of anterior cranial fossa injury. Complex nasal orbital fracture in 25 cases, divided into 4 types: ① 8 cases of supraorbital fracture, both maxillary forehead were injured, 87.5% had nasal injury, 62.5% had vertical plate of ethmoid fracture, 37.5% after tear crest And the former group of screen room injury, 25% of middle turbinate injury, 6 cases of anterior cranial fossa injury. There were 7 cases of infraorbital margin, infraorbital wall and zygomatic orbital fracture, all of them had nasal bones, maxillary protuberance, crista of tear, anterior ethmoid and maxillary angle of ethmoid, 71.4%
