“大尺寸多光谱铝酸钙红外玻璃窗口/整流罩成套制备技术”是“十二五”期间中国建筑材料科学研究总院重点研究成果。上世纪90年代以来,红外技术发展迅速,已经从单纯的军事应用扩展到航空航天、机械制造、安防监控、遥感探测等国民经济的多个领域。红外材料性能直接决定红外装备的精度和性能。随着新型红外光电探测系统光、机、电综合性能的提高,多光谱透过、大尺寸以及低成本制造技术成为红外材料的发展方向和研究热点。
“Large-size multi-spectrum calcium aluminate infrared glass window / fairing complete preparation technology ” is “Twelfth Five-Year ” during the China Building Materials Academy of key research results. Since the 1990s, the rapid development of infrared technology has expanded from simple military applications to various fields of national economy such as aerospace, machinery manufacturing, security monitoring and remote sensing. Infrared material properties directly determine the accuracy and performance of infrared equipment. With the improvement of comprehensive performance of light, machine and electricity in new type of infrared photoelectric detection system, multi-spectral transmission, large size and low-cost manufacturing technology have become the development direction and research hotspot of infrared materials.
