目的:颅多普勒(CDT)联合经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCCS)提高诊断大脑中动脉(MCA)病变的准确性。方法:对220例临床怀疑有脑血管疾病的患者进行TCD联合TCCS检查,并与数字减影血管造影(DSA)对照分析。结果:TCD联合TCCS对颅内病变(MCA)检查的敏感性96%,准确性92%。结论:TCD联合TCCS提高了诊断MCA病变的准确性。
Objective: To improve the accuracy of diagnosis of middle cerebral artery (MCA) in patients with cranial Doppler (CDT) and transcranial color Doppler ultrasound (TCCS). Methods: TCD and TCCS were performed in 220 patients with suspected clinical cerebrovascular disease and compared with digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Results: The sensitivity and specificity of TCD combined with TCCS in detecting intracranial lesions (MCA) were 96% and 92% respectively. Conclusion: TCD combined with TCCS improves the accuracy of diagnosis of MCA lesions.
